Use of service

ListingRevamp provides AI-powered photo enhancement for real estate listings. You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You retain ownership of the photos you upload; we do not claim ownership of your content.

Subscription and payments

Plans are billed monthly starting at $49. You may cancel at any time. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused credits or subscription periods.

AI-enhanced images and use disclaimer

ListingRevamp provides AI-powered image enhancement tools. We do not encourage, endorse, or recommend using AI-enhanced images to market, advertise, or sell properties. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of enhanced images complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for any misleading, inaccurate, or non-compliant use of our outputs.

Limitation of liability and disclaimers

ListingRevamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any content you create, upload, or distribute using our service. We have no affiliation with, and assume no liability for, any property sellers, real estate agents, brokers, or third parties who use or view your listings. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
